Ingredients 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 2 teaspoons lemon zest, from 1 large lemon 1/4 cup lemon juice, from the same 1 large lemon 1 tablespoon granulated sugar 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard, or dijon (technically this is optional but try not to skip it) 3 tablespoon white vinegar 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds, optional 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds, optional The vegetables: 2 (10-ounce) bags angel hair cabbage 2 large carrots, peeled and shredded 1/4 cup green onions, minced 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped (optional) Instructions In a large bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 teaspoons lemon zest (use a microplane grater!), 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard, 3 tablespoons white vinegar, 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
