Heering Cherry Liqueur Size:750 ml Java and GuyanaThis Dutch liqueur first made by Peter Heering in 1818 is made with Stevens cherries. The fruit is crushed with the stones left in, then soaked in a neutral grain spirit along with a blend of spices. The liqueur is then aged in oak casks for at least three years before bottling at 48 proof. Heering presents aromas and flavors of port wine, cherry jam, oak, light spice, and almond. Essential to a Singapore Sling and great in a Blood and Sand, Heering's
